Our team
Before founding ELO, Julien was Commercial Director of the French Center for Rubber and Polymers, and was in charge of the management of strategic projects for major customers from Aeronautics & Space, Energy, and Rubber Processing industries. Julien has more than 15 years’ experience in the rubber industry and holds an engineering degree from the IFOCA school.
Eric, an engineer from the IFOCA School, has 20 years experience in the rubber industry. He has held senior management positions in both technical and commercial departments, actively managing the purchase and distribution of raw materials and the development of rubber compounds, and relations with suppliers and principals. He brings technical expertise in McLube products, as well as rubber and polymer industry processes.
